"Cursillo" is the Spanish work for course. So the Cursillo weekend is a short course in Christianity, an encounter with Christ. This awareness then spreads to a person's family, work, school and social life. Cursillo Emphasizes lay leadership for Christ and His Church. They meet in small groups in homes or in a larger group, which presently meets monthly at Holy Spirit Church. Weekends occur twice a year at Savior Pastoral Center.
